- When do applications open?
Applications for 2026 are open now, and will close on 3rd October 2025. Click here to apply.
- How can I apply to run a workshop?
We’re super excited to be running a full programme of workshops in 2026. To apply to teach a workshop please click here.
- When will I know if I’ve been successful?
We’ll notify people as soon as we can, but definitely within 2 weeks of the closing date
- Can I advertise with you?
Yes! Our A4 show guide will be full-colour and include patterns, tips and exhibitor info. It will be free to all ticket holders.
- Is there free WiFi?
Yes, there is free WiFi throughout the venue.
- Is there overnight security?
Yes, there is a security team on-site around the clock.
- Is there on-site parking?
Yes, there is free secure parking for exhibitors and free parking for 300+ visitors.
- Do I get any marketing materials?
Yes, we’ll provide flyers, online materials and will run occasional giveaways/competitions in the run-up to the event.
- What time can I arrive?
On the day before the event you can arrive from 11am to get set up.
- Will there be food available? Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten free/dairy free options?
Yes, there is a wide selection of food available, within the venue throughout the weekend. This includes hot and cold drinks, snacks and hot food options.
- Where can I stay overnight?
There are a number of hotels within a 3 mile drive of Magna, as well as frequent buses to Sheffield City Centre.
