Applications are open now, and close on September 30th

Fill out the form here., and we’ll get in touch to chat with you in a bit more detail nearer the closing date. 

  • When will I know if I’ve been successful?

We’ll notify people as soon as we can, but definitely within 2 weeks of the closing date

  • Can I advertise with you?

Yes! Our A4 show guide will be full-colour and include patterns, tips and exhibitor info. It will be free to all ticket holders.

  • Is there free WiFi?

Yes, there is free WiFi throughout the venue, with a capacity of 13000 users!

  • Is there overnight security?

Yes, there is a security team on-site around the clock.

  • Is there on-site parking?

Yes, there is free secure parking for exhibitors and free parking for 1200 visitors.

  • Do I get any marketing materials?

Yes, we’ll provide flyers, online materials and will run occasional giveaways/competitions in the run-up to the event.

  • What time can I arrive?

On the day before the event you can arrive from midday to get set up.

  • Will there be food available? Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten free/dairy free options?

Yes, there is a wide selection of food available, within the venue throughout the weekend. This includes hot and cold drinks, snacks and hot food options.

  • Where can I stay overnight?

There are a number of hotels within a few minutes walking distance of the arena. The nearest is the Ibis, but the Premier Inn is just across the road too.
